PASSION FOR GLOBAL EDUCATION
My name is Maria Adriana Pancamo, and I am a specialized counselor as well as the head of academic study programs abroad.
This project was born from the inspiration of my personal experience with my children's studies abroad. This experience allowed me to discover both the immense opportunities and the shortcomings of traditional programs, driving me to create something unique that puts the student and their individual needs at the center of attention.
For this reason, I strive to create something truly unique: a pathway that places the student and their individual needs at the heart of every decision. My goal is to offer an experience that goes beyond traditional standards—one that is personalized, engaging, and capable of enhancing each young person's potential.
Thanks to my professional and personal experience, I have developed an innovative approach that combines expertise and passion, providing young people not only with an opportunity for academic growth but also for personal and cultural enrichment.

Valentina is a professional recognized for her excellent organizational skills and versatility. After completing her studies in Italy, she expanded her expertise by studying marketing in London, an experience that allowed her to develop an international perspective and an innovative approach to the professional world. Her career began in marketing and press office management, later transitioning into the fashion industry, where she further refined her coordination and management skills.
Currently, she is passionately dedicated to international mobility for young students. As a mother of children who have experienced study abroad programs, Valentina deeply understands the needs of both families and students involved in these journeys.
With great empathy and attention, she also supports students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad, guiding them in choosing the most suitable academic path while considering their aspirations, needs, and goals.
Through her empathetic approach and dedication, she strives to build cultural bridges, offering young people the opportunity to grow, explore new realities, and develop international skills.
Sofia is a young professional with a distinguished international background. After completing her higher education in Italy, she pursued her academic training at some of Europe’s most renowned institutions, attending universities in Spain, France, and the United Kingdom. These experiences have provided her with a strong understanding of diverse educational cultures and the needs of international students.
Specializing in Digital and Social Marketing, her expertise extends beyond the theory learned in university classrooms, as she has gained significant hands-on experience through internships and collaborations with various companies in the industry. Her primary responsibility at RLS International is to maintain and strengthen relationships with partner schools, ensuring effective and constructive communication that facilitates the organization of study abroad programs.
Additionally, she is in charge of managing RLS International’s brand image. Thanks to her digital marketing skills, she effectively positions the brand across various digital channels, creating content that reflects the company’s mission and values while managing promotional campaigns aimed at reaching and engaging a global audience. Her creativity and ability to adapt to new digital marketing trends are essential to the success of RLS International’s communication strategies.
SOFIA BARTOLOMEO
JONATHAN HEDLEY
Jonathan arrives in Rome in 2001 and soon discovers his passion for teaching English as a second language. After gaining international experience in the United States, France, and London, he returns to the capital with a clear goal: to create a language school that truly puts students at the center.
This vision gives birth to RLS, an innovative institution known for its dynamic and tailored teaching approach. With a team of highly qualified, native-speaking teachers, the school quickly becomes a benchmark for English language education, offering corporate courses, private lessons, and personalized programs for students of all levels aiming to obtain language proficiency certifications. The focus on individual needs and the high-quality teaching make RLS a stimulating and effective learning environment.
Over the years, the school expands its educational offerings. With the arrival of Maria Adriana, RLS introduces a new pathway dedicated to academic programs abroad and international study guidance, supporting students in choosing and preparing for educational experiences outside Italy.
After years of dedication and innovation in education, in 2024, Jonathan decides to embark on a new adventure. Having collaborated with Maria Adriana on study abroad programs, he leaves the school he founded to fully devote himself to writing and other passions. However, his teaching philosophy remains a lasting legacy, continuing to thrive within RLS and among all those who are part of it.
